Two Options

Are you in high school, college, graduated college or a young professional interested in ministry? Whether you're just starting to explore what vocational ministry looks like or you want more experience in an area that God has already called you in, this is a place for you to do just that! We have both a shorter internship, as well as a longer residency available depending on the season of your life. Learn more about each program below.

Internship

Internship

Participate in an immersive 10-week summer ministry internship designed to equip emerging leaders with hands-on church ministry experience, intentional discipleship, and leadership development. Serve alongside staff in a designated ministry track while receiving structured mentorship and theological training.

Residency

Complete a year-long ministry residency focused on developing biblically grounded, highly skilled ministry leaders prepared for vocational ministry. Function as an integrated member of church staff while leading within a designated ministry track and receiving intensive mentorship, leadership coaching, hands-on ministry experience & theological training.

Ministry Track Options

Learn and grow in all the areas of worship arts from learning how to plan a set list and lead a team to behind the scenes in production and more

Learn and grow in various communication platforms from creating graphics to running social media to editing a website and more.

Learn how to prepare a sermon and what it means to shepherd and lead people on and off the platform.

Hang out with our preschool and kid ministry leaders and learn the ins and outs of these ministries from Sundays and Wednesdays to VBS, camp and special events and taking care of our families.

Get the opportunity to hang out with students, learn how to prepare a sermon, plan events and disciple students.

Help our staff evaluate various opportunities for missions from local, state, national and international and help our church become aware of these things plus help plan various mission opportunities.

Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to run a church on the admin side from various organizational systems, finances, planning, calendar management, etc.
